Terms & Conditions and Code of Ethics

All sessions are totally confidential, however for legal reasons, if I think you are of harm to yourself, third party or property I do have a duty to inform outside help. I will discuss this with you before any action is taken.

Each session lasts for 60 minutes and is charged at £40.00 payable by cheque or cash at the end of each session.

Please be on time and fully prepared for each scheduled coaching session

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange the appointment. There will be a charge for any missed sessions. I do accept there will be special circumstances such as illness, when you will not be able to give the required notice.

Please raise with me, without delay, anything that you are unhappy about in our coaching relationship.

As your coach I commit to being totally focussed on your needs and committed to empowering you to take the steps you need to achieve your ambitions and goals and take your life forward.

If at any time I identify that you are not fully committed to your goals and agreed action, I will raise this with you so that we can determine the most appropriate course of action.

In the event of termination of this contract at any time during the coaching process, when a suitably mutually agreed period of notice is given, I will refund in full any fees you have paid for sessions not carried out.
